Hi All;
Scenario: No Networks are used in PS. PR is manually assigned to WBS element via account assignment when PR is created. PO was created and then GR'ed.
Now the client has reduced the overall value of the PR and the PO to reflect the GR value, however the commitment value on the PS side has not been reduced to reflect the actual.
I have performed the relevant database refreshes as suggested in the other notes but still the commitment value is not reduced.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Best Regards;
Werner
Hi All;
Problem has been resolved. When taking a closer look at the PO history it was noted that a block was executed on the PO resulting in it not being shown on the commitment report.
The user then removed the block, lowered the value and then ran the report again. The net effect of this was that the user expected the commitment value to go down which was not the case.
Report should have been executed prior to lowering the value.
Thanks for all the feedback.

Hi,
The Difference of the PO and Gr would be posted to "Cost (price) differences-PRD" in Tcode OBYC.
e.g in your case Assume PO is $100 and GR value is $90 then the Cost will get posted as $100 but the PRD will hit with $-10.0
Check with your MM consultant for further details.
Hope it helps...
Thanks!!!

If you have not used your material than reverse the GR ( Befire reversing the GR make PR / PO values as actaul values when you did GR )
After GR reversal chagne PO values to your required and do GR....
