Action profile- After assigning the updated smartform is not triggaring

Dear All,

I have configured the Action definition for triggering smartform mail to the partners in transation(SELF).

But I have done some changes in smart form I assigned to action definition also but the system is triggaring the old smartform only the changes what we have done is not reflecting in the smartform . please suggest how to proceed?

Dear Pranav,

Check the smart form status it should be active ok

copy a smart form from standrad one and do the changes whatever you want check it save and then activate.Also one thing when ever you are saving any smart form then it should be saved in a packege not in local packege.

ok through sppfcadm tx-code

define the smartform what you changed.

ok

Create the new action definition and assign the new smart form it will work.

Try to delete and re-create the schedule condition for the action you are using the smart form in.

Hi Pavan,

The changes you made has to be made in the scheduled conditions also. You must have done this in action definition. Now please perform the same or verify this in SPPFCADM tcode which is for scheduled conditions. After that it will work.
