could give procedure of BRbackup . how could i take a database backup via brbackup.

Hi Rajesh,

Login to <sid>adm & run brtools command --> you will get options for all Br* commands --> Example 4 to backup --> c to continue etc.

You will understand yourself what is the procedure & exact technology.

after completion read logs carefully.

should i take any precaustion before using brbackup and can i take the backup on hdd.

So you didnt even bother clicking on my post and still looking for help

Saying you dont have documentation despite being told to look brbackup -h

At least do some work before you post again
