Java System reports show no data available

Hi All,

We have a EP7.0 SP15 in our landscape.

My Java monitoring was running fine till 2 weeks before. Now i am unable to see any kind of data in java system reports in NWA.

All the options like resource consumption, capacity planning show "No Data Avaialble".

Even after refreshing many times it is the same.

The data is not getting populated since 2 weeks. In VA also, some nodes under Monitoring Service show White Colour. There is no subnodes to check memory or cpu.

Kindly help me resolve this issue.

We updated the stack for our requirement and the values appeared. Still not sure why it did not appear before.
