non nwdi deployment flag ?

When I moved ESS dependant component to TEST RTS I get below message for all dependant components. It's clear from the message that the component is skipped because there was no change found in the target system, what does non nwdi deployment flag mean?

deployment of /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in/CMSnmlepdbdPD1/CMS/archives/sap.com_SAP-JEESAP AG~20081208163400.sca is skipped, because it is marked with the 'non nwdi deployment flag'

Hi,

it means only that the SC is not going to be deployed, necessary only for building your software.
