Error in content server configuration

While creating content repository in OAC0,after filling all necessary fileds and trying to send the certificate,the below mentioned error occurs.

Error in HTTP access : If_HTTP_client>receive 1

ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED.

Help me how to rectify...

Can u please verify the username and password that you have mentioned in the RFC connection (SM59) for this entry.

The route of this error is in the HTTP connection to the Archive Server. Either the IP / DNS name is wrong or there is a firewall between the two systems that requires configuration.
