User Master Comparison Incomplete

Has anyone encountered CUP 5.3 (SP8) not completing the role assignments (leaving the role status indicator red) in ECC?

After approving the request at the final stage, CUP creates the ID, assigns the defualts and PIDs, assign the roles but does not perfom the user master reconciliation. When you look at the newly created ID, all of the roles are red. I've been able to re-create this issue by assiging one role or many roles, using change or new request types. I did notice that this is only occuring on our ECC system and not BI or CRM.

Hi Michael,

What is the setting you have for 'Provision effective immediatley' in configuration -> workflow -> autoprovisioning? While you are in this screen, go back to top and click on 'By System' tab and see if you have any settings over there.

I don't have any issues with the provisioning as I have kept 'Provision effective immediatley' as YES.
