Alternatives to manually managing JCO connections

I was wondering if anyone has any advice on managing jco connections.

During a recent system change we lost a number of JCO and had to recreate them manually. This wasn't a big deal - but it was labor intensive.

That got us to wonder if it is possible to export, import, or transport JCO definitions. Again, at this time we don't have an immediate need for this - just wondering if there is any documentation that would discuss this.

One alternative could be taking export of all the Java config tables and then import them again.

Some Java config tables are below..

J2EE_CONFIG

J2EE_CONFIGENTRY

J2EE_KEYSEQUENCE

But need to be much careful before selecting all the tables which contains Java config.
