I had this requirement as well and short answer is No, Visual composer does not have Gantt Graphs unfortunately.

not completly correct.

from EhP1 SP5, there's a new ability called Flash Components, that enables you to embed new components (that you created, download, or developed using XCeslius) inside Visual Composer
