Change Document (CV02N)

I have an issue when using CV02N. When I click on the descriptions tab and try to insert a new line (one line already exist with the Language set to EN). I hit the save button and I get this error message Entry Already Exists. If I go back and change the Language from EN to some other language, it will take the new entry. I am trying to find out where the setting is that will allow multiple entries for the same language in this field.

You can't use more than one short text (40 chars) in one language.

Doubleclick the entry to enter more text.
