Default the cost center in goods issue transaction

I want to issue the stock to cost center with 201 movement type and MIGO from the Warehouse.How would i default a cost center in the transaction during this process? And also in future we will be doing this process to RF transaction? Is there any user exit that we want use to default this cost center? How do we do this? Please elaberate..

If not thru the MIGO, Is there any standard RF process 'issue to cost center' for which i want to trigger this user exit.If not, do i need to develop a custom transaction in RF to support this process and then trigger the user exit ?Could you please elaborate.
