Hi All,
We are running SRM 5 and are at SP13.
Our organization is undergoing some re-structuring and we have some shoppers who have moved from one Purch Grp to another. We have been using the Re-distribute workload transaction to move their old PO's from the old Purch Grp to their new one.
We are finding that in a some cases although the Purch Grp has changed in SRM it has not changed in the backend ERP system?
There are no errors reported until the user tries to update the PO when the transfer of data e.g. price or qty does not happen and sometimes we are getting a system Error in Transfer message.
Anyone have experience of using the re-assign workload transaction and has found a similar problem, or anyone who can give us pointers on how to diagnose what is going wrong please?
