END Date for Help Desk Message

Dear All,

In Help Desk Message there is one field name " End Customer Requirement" and the default value for that is " START DATE + 3 DAYS". I had add my own new value as " Start Date +5 Days". When I select option Start Date +5 Days then also the actual end date for the message is message date + 3 Days. It not increase as message date + 5 Days.

Can any one help me how to do this? So when ever I choose option " Start + 5 Days " then actual end date will increase by 5 days.

Hi Nisit Patel

The End date of customer Requirement ( SRV_Cust_end) is calculated based on [Creation Date + 3 Days]. it is provided in the date Profile SLFN_header (Service Process)
