SMQ2 below queues are running status..Performance issue

Hi,

SRM 3.0.(BBPCRM 4.0).ECS

Can i delete below Queue's, as these are in running and ready state

Our basis team is questioned, can we delete below queues to improve the performance of system, if deleted any problem/issues/effects for normal running of production system
