Table for WBS budget booking

Hello Gurus,

Can anyone please suggest me tables from where I will be able to derive the following:-

a) Budget at the WBS level 2

b) The budgeted hrly rate

c) Actual Hrs booked to the WBS level2

d) Actual hrly rate to be charged to actual hrs booked.

It would be nice if someone can provide me with this information.

Hi

I think you cannot directly get these values. You may use the below tables.

(1) BPIG for Budgets. In this look for Object No. relevant for WBS i.e PR000....

(2) For Actual Cost look in COEP tables

From which table can we find the Actual expense incurred on a WBS

RPSCO table...give OBJNR of WBS element..then WRTTP 4 will give actual cost of that WBSE

You can check in field starting with WTP*...* represents your period...

You can check the actual cost for WBSE in COEP also, same logic...pass OBJNR and WRTTP 4...field WTGBTR,

WOGBTR, WKGBTR will give cost

Check Table BPJA and BPEG for Budget.

For Actuals check RPSCO.

budget table is BPJA for transaction KBUD for object PR*, get WBS number and Object numbe relationship from table PRPS

for costs RPSCO

not sure about budgeted rate this should be plan values
