Authorization for Period end closing and Currency Translation rates

Hi,

we just went live , the issue what i am facing here is , client needs to maintain the Currency Exchange rates on a regular basis

in production server, for which i need to open the production client everytime they maintain currency rates,

similarly for Period open / close this also requires to open the production client,

please advise how do i achieve this
