Command line arguments are nothing but scripts that can be executed in the server level

based on the OS of the server either window commands for scripting is used or if unix shell scripts are used...

IF you are looking for some other thing then post your context..

Hi,

Then I guessed correct it is the OS commands which you are referring too.
