source inspection

hello SAP gurus,

In my scenario if i have created one PO for monthly required quantity now as i know in source inspection system create a lot for whole PO. but in my case if i making a GR for the same PO on every Monday now i have to get Source inspection lot before every GR how can i do this in SAP?

Do you have schedule line concept in the PO or is it one single Line item in the PO

if u ar eusing single line PO concept then as per my knowledge it is not possible to have many inspection lots.

Use schedule lines in PO for creating multiple source inspection lots, If u r making 10 nos. gr each day for a PO of 100 nos. then make 10 schedule lines in that PO.

If i create 10 schedule lines as you tell how we can integrate the source inspection lot withe the schedule line please explain me step by step.

PO created--> Release > Buyer will intimate to quality for inspection at vendor premises -> inspect material> go to qi07 -> for 1 po multiple lines wil be present as per schedule lines> select and click on inspection lot tab> inspection lot will be created in qa32> take ud> material will come in plant > gr made> inspection lot will be created as per selectings in quality info record.
