MB1A print problem

Hi experts

Is there any way to print the pdf form in the user defined printer when ever we select save in the transaction MB1A ?

Actually once after executing the transaction MB1A i am selecting the save option; the system is supposed to issue a print to the printer and when i execute the transaction MB03 it has to display that form

i am getting a error as ypcc windows default printer not allowed

i want the transaction to pick the user default printer instead of ypcc windows default printer

Hi ,

Tell your Hardware People to configure your Printer to Primo PDF Format

Then you can give the print out directly in pdf format ..

Then Windows will support your Form in PDF ..

For Emergency :

Take the Spoll Request No of that Form print

Then give that Spool no in ZPDF Tcode

It converts into PDF Form then Issue Print

I will try that; will this work with HP printers ?. Is there a way to make the transaction to pick the user default printer instead of going to YPCC windows default printer ?

i have a error as cannnot find PDL tyupe for output device ypcc
