Error with Interactive Forms via Citrix connection to SAP

Hi,

We are working with the SFP transaction for building interactive Adobe Forms. These forms are supposed to run on the portal as part of our HCM Processes and Forms application.

While trying to insert the Webdynpro script in SFP we are getting an error "Error when inserting Webdynpro script". We are connecting to the SAP server via a Citrix connection. This error does not come when connecting to SAP directly.

Similarly the "Check and Send" functionality in the portal works when we connect to the Netweaver portal directly. When we access the portal through Citrix it shows the Wait symbol continuously and hangs.

Are there any limitations when we connect to SAP/ portal via Citrix while working with Interactive Forms??

Regards,

Priya

Priya,

Have a look at Chris's blog [here|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/weblogs?blog=/pub/wlg/14736] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken];.

Hi Chintan,

We have referred to this blog and done the needful. However we are still getting this error.

As mentioned the problem we are facing is that we are unable to do this when trying to do it from offshore where we are accessing the client system through Cirtix. However the onsite team who log in directly to the system are not facing this problem. The citrix server has the required GUI logon version of 710, Adobe lifecyle designer and Adobe acrobat version 9.

Pls let us know if there is something else we need to do/check?

Regards

You will need to check with your BASIS & Infrastructure folks for any issues in network.

Also try finding out if this is an issue with one form or all forms and just restricted to Adobe forms or Portal WD Applications as well etc.

Hello,

are you sure that the ZCI script is available on your Citrix server, and the users who try to develop the forms can access these?

You can also try to use:

FP_CHK_REPORT to update the ZCI script.

Got this to work.

We had to access the SAP servers through another Citrix connection which gave us similar access as those who were working onsite.

The ZCI Layout is what we were using.

Thanks for the help.
