Customer hierarchy table KNVH- Field 'Rebate' and 'Price. Determin.'

Hi Experts,

Could please kindly let me know what is the correct steps as let the field 'Rebate' and 'Price. Determin' field marked as 'X' for KNVH table entries??

As we have one KNVH table entries without 'Rebate' and 'Price. Determin' field marked, then we update the customer master data sales org view, check 'Rebate' and 'Price. Determin' as 'X'.

But still KNVH table showed those customers without 'Rebate''price.Determin' marked as X.

Could please kindly advise what should we do could let those fields marked.

Hi there,

KNVH table is updated only if customer hierarchy groups are maintained for your customer. Not otherwise. Customer master sales area data is not updated in KNVH. It will be updated in KNA1 table for eg.

Check if customer hierarchy is maintained for your customer & then check the values in KNVH.
