Results recording

Hello Gurus,

I can see some variations each time when I do the results recording thru qa32. Sometimes the accept and reject column is enabled and sometimes it was disabled. whenever its get disabled, once you record the results it automatically accept it but whenever the accpet and reject coulmn was enabled...at the time of recording the results, it shows the pop up box and have ot hit one more enter..Is this difference is based on selected sets ?

I dont want the pop up box again to click one more time and just need the accpet reject column as disabled so tht it wud not trigger the pop up box and accept it automatically...

I have checked the defaults in control indicators and it has fixed scope only as a default which should be fine and also checked the sampling prcedure to make sure about the valuation mode and that is also fine

Where it triggers and wht to do to not see the pop up box at the time of RR ?

Hi

Sometimes the accept and reject column is enabled and sometimes it was disabled

This may have only two reasons:

1.Either char is not "Required char" in control Indicator.

2.Char has status "3: Skipped"

The reason for the Pop-up may be same.

Check SP of inspection plan one more time for which material not working.

To do auto valuation SP valuation mode should be - ""Attributive inspection nonconf. units"".
