skip availability check

Hi all,

When we are creating delivery note we would like to skip checking of the availabity ?

Is there any way to skip.

At present SAP is not allowing to create deliveries using vl10a if we dont have enough stock.

we have not implemented Ware housing module.

To call the hauliers we would like to create deliveries in advance

Hi,

Goto "0VLP(Zero VLP)" Transaction code and enter your delivery item category.

Select that line.Goto Details.

Under Quantity tab,there is a field called as "AvailCkOff".

Maintain "X" for this.

Save.

If you do this availability check will not be carried out at the delivery level.

We can skip the availability check for the material also.Goto MM02 T.Code.

Enter your material number.

Select the tab "Sales: General/Plant Data".In General data tab,there is a field "Availability check".Maintain the value "KP" for this.

Save.

If you do this the availability check will not be carried out at all for this material eitehr at the order or at the delivery.
