ERROR DURING TRANSPORT ROLES

Hi, i've made some changes in roles which are assigned at users.When i try to transport the roles in productive an error occurs.

I try again with users unassigned to roles but the same error occurs.

Please Help..

the error is:

There are no activity groups to be generated

Errors occurred during post-handling PRGN_AFTER_IMP_ACTGROUP_ACGR for ACGR L

PRGN_AFTER_IMP_ACTGROUP_ACGR belongs to package S_PROFGEN

The errors affect the following components:

BC-SEC-USR-PFC (Authorization and Role Management)

Post-import method PRGN_AFTER_IMP_ACTGROUP_ACGR completed for ACGR L, date and time: 20090911130500
