F2F scenario, No resend button at RWB for a system error message. Neither the Delete button is present.

QOS is EO.

Worked using PISUPER instead of PIRWBUSER at RWB. Now all is fine.

Check with the Admin if you have the rights/ roles assigned to your id, what your peers have to say on this? Are the options available for them?

I am working on my laptop (Personal), so I need to take care of all that. No admin is present.

Kindly let me know, what role need to be give at SU01 for RWB user, to have resend and delete options.

Check if the user has this role: SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER_MAIN
