assign a original document to qm certificate

hi experts,

if we can assgin origial docutmet vendor supplied to certificate,i find a button 'certificate' and a 'archive origin' funciton in qc52

but the button alway greyed;

using the function the system alway give me a message 'set certificate status manually' after i upload my pc document,following the message,i change the certificate status,but till the message and nothing happened

need your help

Hi

The only Possible reason I found here is the Archieved link do not found the Content Server.

you will get following Error.

SAP ArchiveLink: Storage system not known (Customizing)

Message no. OA009

Diagnosis

A request was to be sent to a content server which is not known in SAP ArchiveLink administration.

System Response

Procedure for system administration:

Check the function "Content repositories" in Customizing:

System will give message about Status of the Certificate to change.Even if you change still it will continues to give same msg.

But

This is not the way to assign certificate.

What you can use is "Service for object " a small tab bellow header menu in extreem left.>Create>attachemnt
