Hello,
We have a requirement wherein, if a user adds an attachment in a ticket, the attachment should also be available in the email notification as attachment.
Is this possible? If yes, can someone please send the procedure?

Hi Rinkal,
yes it is possible but only through customization. You can take help of an ABAPER to do this. The BADI which needs customizing is ORDER_SAVE. There is no configuration for this as per my knowledge.
