after the system copy operation on oracle db what should I do jobs on db users?

ops$sidadm

ops$orasid

sapsr3

You need to recreate them for the target SID.

after sthe system copy on the test system ı need to delete ops$ users owned by prod system and recreate that users for test system

it is ok but what about sapsr3 user ?

you do not need to do anything with SAPSR3, unless you want to change its password..
