Error on Installation of Ehp1 on SolutionManager

Hi,

We are Installing Ehp1 solution manager,Installation was stopped at the phase of : Prepare to install minimal configuration.In below its showing message Java Process dispatcher of instance LMV/DVEBMGS00(ABAP:ACTIVE,Java(dispatcher:UNKNOWN,server0:UNKNOWN)did not reach.

Here iam sending all logs.

Hi,

Please run prerequisite test on the system for checking any parameter settings left out.

After completion of prerequisite test, please go the the result and try to rectify which are red.

If every thing is ok in prerequisite test, start installation.

As per the error information, it is unable to recognize the host name or system name.

Thanku,Already i run prerequisite test all are fine,after that i started installation,Error is coming at the phase of : Prepare to Install minimal configuration.

Here after 20 mins below this message is appearing : Java Process Dispatcher of Instance LMV/DVEBMGS00 (ABAP:ACTIVE,java:(dispatcher:Unknown,server0:Unknown) did not reach,unable to connect java.How to Proceed.

Hi,

Your java server is down. Please post std_server.out,std_bootstrap.out & std_disptacher.out files from working folder.
