BBP_VENDOR_SYNC Date and time related Query

HI,

What are the factors this program will consider while running , this program is running as batch job at daily 4PM

below is the details what happened on 1st May for one vendor

1) SRM batch job started at: 16:00:45

2) R/3 vendor changed at: 16:00:48

3) SRM Job finished at: 16:01:11

System not trnasferred this vendor in to srm on 1st May but even 2nd..3..4....till up to 25 th august

Dont know why?

But when the same vendor changed on 26th august morning and all changes trnasferred to SRM (including 1st May changes)

after this batch job run at 4PM

Any idea why and what happened in this case so that system not updated this vendor on 1st and 2nd may..till up to 25 august

Rescheduled the Batch Job BBP_VENDOR_SYNC from 4 PM to out of office hours
