Root Cause Analysis - Manage system Config - Diagnostic Prerequisites Error

Hi,

I have configured Solution Manager Root Cause analysis, but i got problem when configure the manage system.

The Diagnostic Prerequisites checking always error with this error message below :

The Error Code '0' returned by the RFC that checks the Technical System 'Abap Technical System: id=DES~ABAP, long_sid=DES, install_number=0020185777, type=Abap, sid=DES, source=Sld, creation_date=Wed May 20 17:15:42 GMT+08:00 2009' does not exist!

any idea how to solve this problem. Appreciate for your advise.

Hi

check the SMSY entries.

Is DES system marked with ABAP Client as relevant and is defined correctly in SMSY?.
