SNOTE Problem

Hello Guru's,

i try to update the SAP Note "1023598 SAP Solution Manager Service Desk für Service Provider" with SNOTE in SolMan 7.01.

SNOTE need the download of some other SAP Notes for this note. One of the other are 1355948.

SNOTE downloaded the Note 1355948, but then ask me again, to download this note... and again...and again.

I tried to download the NOTE 1355948 with download manager to a note file, but SNOTE aks me again to download this note.

I downloaded the NOTE 1355948 and applied succsessfully in the System without updating NOTE 1023598.

Now the NOTE 1355948 is in the System.

Now i try to finish the update of SAP Note 1023598, but it ask me again to download NOTE 1355948

I have restarted the System but ask me again.

I coul'd not finish the update the note 1023598.

I have no more ideas, need help.

resolved!

Reseted the SAP Note Implementation, download the NOTE 1023598 new again and applied succsessful.

Did you download "Latest Version of SAP Notes"?

This will download the latest version of both your notes

1023598 and 1355948 .

The procedure to download "Latest Version of SAP Notes is mentioned in the note 1023598.

After you implement the latest version of 1355948, hope the problem will disappear.

Yes, this is the try to apply the notes of the process "Latest Version of SAP Notes"!
