Implementation Partners for ITIL compliance ?
Is there anyone that can (objectively) recommend implementation partners for SAP Solution Manager that have solid and proven experience on ITIL compliant IT Service Management processes ?
Preferrably Global companies with a good representation in BeNeLux ?
I am looking for partners that would be able/willing to go the extra mile and pull in the features of the underlying CRM platform and potentially a BW reporting system where the Solution Manager out-of-the-box would not be sufficient.
We are looking at Solution Manager to support our IT service management processes also (and today mainly) for non-SAP systems support.
Initially we would focus on a CMDB and a Service Desk. Ultimately we would want the system to support Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Service Level Management, Financial Management, Capacity Management, Service Continuity Management, ..... in other words, the full scope of Service Support and Service Delivery processes in such a system.
As we are a Global company, we would need a Global system in which the different support organizations can collaborate as one virtual team.
Any recommendations from this community ?
