Do Methods have version management? If yes, how can you get to it?

Yes..

SE24>enter the class name> display> double click on the method> Utilities>Versions-> Version Management.

I'm on 4.6c. I am going to SWO1 and viewing Object type ZISUACCONT (custom) and then viewing the associated methods. When I view the method there is no option for Version Management. How can I back track from Method to Class Name?

Looks like you are right. There is no 'version management' in 4.6c. It has been greyed out.

You need to press 'Program' button once you are in the object. This program contains methods in it. Over here in abap editor you can check version management.
