175842 Note reversal

Dear All,

Our ABAP team has created a new TCODE (ZUDR) by using the 175842 NOTE. I have done the RR and UD. Now partial stock is in the Unrestricted. Now when i try to reverse by entering the Inspection Lot number, and execute following message occurs "Goods movement not possible with mvmt type 322. Message no. M7096".

why is this happening? what do i have to do to overcome this?

Dear DTD

First kindly test inspection lot reversal , by posting only to unrestricted and check whether it is working.

for reversal for Block and retunr delivery kindly do the configuration as you have done for 322

Kindly go to OMJJ > clcik Movement type > give movment type 349

, 122 > go to Allowed Transactions > Maintain there QA11

And then check for the reversal. for any issue please come backk

For note to work there is some configuration to be done

Kindly go to OMJJ > clcik Movement type > give movment type as 322 > go to Allowed Transactions > Maintain there 322, QA11

And then check for the reversal. for any issue please come backk

I follow the instructions ull given. It was working fine. for a scenario i entered 100 to unrestricted, 40 block stock and 40 return delivery. inspection lot status is "UD ICCO SPCO STUP". after that by using stock reversal program i tried to reverse it then the following message gives. "Entry 4700035794 00010 0000 not valid; correct entry Message no. 8J182"

why is that?

Hi

to execute this note make sure that

1.stock pposting is completed

2.Status is SPCO

3.It should not be SPST

4.It should not be SPRQ

Partially postings are not allowed.

i did a new GRN and try to reverse. i posted the full qty. Inspection Lot status is as follows "UD ICCO SPCO STUP". still the same message appears?

Please read the document carefully

Use transaction OMJJ to enter further entries in level 'Allowed

transactions' (table T158B) for transaction code 'QA11' (Record Usage

Decision). The movement types for which these entries must be created

are derived from the system settings for the goods movements for the

usage decision (table TQ07M): You must determine the reversal movement

type for every movement type that is entered in table TQ07M with the

key VMENGE01 - VMENGE09, and you must include the relevant entry in

the above-mentioned table. You can use the T156N table to determine

the reversal movement type: You can enter the movement type (BWART)

and function code (FCODE) ST to determine the reversal movement type

(BWART_NEXT). For missing entries, the system issues error M7 096

'Goods movement not possible with mvmt type &'.

Also this note is not applicable to serial number&for HU
