Follow the below path on [http://service.sap.com/swdc]

Installations and Upgrades ---> Entry by Application Group" -->SAP NetWeaver" -->SAP NETWEAVER" ->SAP NETWEAVER 7.0->Installaton and Upgrade>Windows Server>Oracle ---> 51033508_15 NW 7.0 SR3 UC-Kernel 7.00 Windows Server on x64 64bit
