Error registering SAPCCMSR - ENTRY_NOT_EXISTING

Hi All,

I am having problem registering SAPCCMSR through Visual Administrator for a Java system. Error on Visual Administrator is as follow:

"Registration of CCMS Customizing Destination   

Error during registration of CCMS Customizing destination   

ENTRY_NOT_EXISTING"

I have tried numerous way to get around this including following the instruction from note 817714. This note recommended manual registration of the agent using the command 'sapccmsr -j2ee -R pf=/sapccmsr when registering using Visual Admin and in //usr/sap/tmp/sapccmsr for the manual registration method. However, registration fail for both methods.

I can't seem to find this error message reported in SDN or SAP notes. Would someone be able to assist?
