How to resolve NWDS Java Search not working issue

Hi Everyone,

I have a Java Search problem - can't find any Java files (.class/ method) no matter what option I choose. Are there additional setings required (except Select None for Default perspective for the search) ? or Is there a bug I need to fix?

Any advise / suggestions?

Hi Jin,

Java Search perspective internally its a plug-in, It might it is corrupted so take the same pluginn from other NWDS where it is working ,before that i would suggest to go through given link.

Thanks alot for your help. Could you please guide me which plugins I need to fix? is NWDS\Workdir\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.search the only one? any other plugin? Is there any other settings I need to do?
