XI Docs needed

I am new to XI and want to learn XI. Please advice me the links for XI documents for the beginners. I am abaper and worked on ALE and IDOCS. ( orders01, BD10, BD30 , COND_A01 ).

Going forward please use the search functionality of SDN for these basic queries.....this is to avoid your post (and hence SDN) from flooding with same links...it is more simple and effective than waiting for a reply
