How to cancel a bid in LAC?

Hi experts,

when a vendor creates a wrong bid in LAC he has no possibility to cancel his bid. In the online help a read that the vendor has to contact the purchaser and the purchaser has the possibility to stop the auction and should be able to delete a specific bid.

I stopped the auction, but we have no possibility to see any bid and there is also to chance to delete a bid.

Cany anybody tell me how is the process to delete bids?

Hi Tom,

first pause the auction by clicking on the Pause button of the Live Auction Cockpit.

Switch into the middle part of the Live Auction Cockpit to History and right-click on

the bid you want to delete. A menu context appears with only one entry – Delete.

Confirm by clicking Delete. A popup message will be displayed that the bid was

deleted, the same message will also appear among the chat and system

messages, and the bid will be displayed in red color in the history table.

hi,

logon as purchaser ..and go to history tab..select the item which you want to delete and right click on the item and delete that item..

please let me know if you have any queries.
