work flow --DMS

Dear all,

I wanted to activate the work flow which could trigger Mail to Specific users at change of document status. ie when ever a Document is Placed for Inspection Request Status, Rejected Status, Changed status.

What are the configuration setting required?

Hello Harish,

If you have knowledge of workflow then its easy to implement workflow to trigger mail whenever document status gets change. we have business object DRAW, which will be used to trigger an event to trigger email to specific user. or take help of ABAP(Workflow Consultant) to implement the same.
