Activity Profile not triggering output type

Hi,

We have setup a activity profile SD_COMP on shipment planned for execution of SEDI output with type 3(release with own transaction). Shipment created after all deliveries are fully picked and output SEDI is triggered.

But it remains in yellow color even though all preqequiste shipment steps are completed. Our output type SEDI releases IDOC, so IDOC will never get created. This is causing us a huge problem as we have we need to trigger output manually. And our requirement is we need to set output as 3 not 4.

Can anyone observed this sort of error (not converting yellow to green).

Hi,

In the condition record for the output type, set 'Date/Time' field as '4', then only output gets processed. Yellow means output is crated but not processed.

As already mentioned, we dont want to set it as 4, activity profile is supposed to take of that. Do you have any other solution.
