Upload of Resource Assignments in MSProject Import

Hi experts,

I am trying to upload ms project files to cProjects. I have been able to upload, tasks and resources so far, but I have not been able to upload resource assignments to tasks.

A warning message appears that says something "Project Role is not in the validity period of the task".

Can anyone help me out? How do you upload assignments from MSProject?

hi,

There are two options by the way we can do MSP and CPR integration;

MSP Client and MSP Server client integration.

There are some points needs to be taken care while transfering resource assignement data from MSP tp CPR;

CPR Roles should be same as resourcesheet from MSP

Role based assignment shud be ther in CPR

Assignment of resource to EMP ID is required.

create assignement of CPR tasks to CPR Roles.

I hope u have taken care of above points while uploading project plan. Regarding your error please check with validy of roles in and project schedule.
