BI java system starting and stopping

Hi All

My BI JAVA System is starting then immediately after 15 minutes its stopping ,

if am checking the jcmon am getting error

"Can't open shared memory administration rc = 3) "

i try to kill the sapccmsr process , it started than after few minutes the same error code ?

what could have went wrong

HI Please check the logs in the /usr/sap/SID/DV/work is dual stack or /usr/sap/SID/JC/work if java only.

you need to paste the logs of std_server.out.

Please check while you are running jcmon u use the correct syntex.

jcmon pf=/sapmnt/SID/profile/Instance profile.

if you see that its memory issue in the logs then change the JVM parameters as mentioned in the note

Note 723909 - Java VM settings for J2EE 6.40/7.0

Please also check the java version as mentioned in the note below.

Check your instance profile using sappfpar.

Its seem issue with shared memory.
