Hi experts,
We are having issues with extract in the device administration tool. Trigger extracts stays with a "Running" status forever but SQM2 is clear. Is there a possibility to monitor theses extracts? Does anyone has an idea of what could be going on?

Could you please check SMMW_DEVMBOMAPER table for EXTRACT_STATUS = 'P'. If there are any entries, then execute SDOE_REPAIR_DEVMBOMAPER program from SE38 transaction. After successful execution of the report, trigger extract again for the device.
If there are no entries in the table with EXTRACT_STATUS = 'P' then don't execute this report.

the extract runs in queues. the issue can occur if the queues are deleted leaving extract process in inconsistent state.
You can check whether queues were deleted in transaction sm21.
You can execute the report mentioned by siva .
