Special characters to be displayed on the invoice PDF

Hi,

We have a requirement to display the name of the contact person of BTP in invoice PDF as "Stefan König". I have a doubt that if we translate the text field in the respective language whole name will be affected. As we need both english character, foreign character and special character in the same text.

Any pointers on this is well appreciated.

Thanks for your valuable point. In our case we are using Script instead of Smartforms. Is there any possible way using Script?

No, In scripts, it's not possible.

As you are using Scripts and as it is not possible in scripts so assign a new requirement in the output type details that the name should be displayed in the billing document. then your problem can be solved

Hi Gomatheeswaran.

As your requirement is to display the name of the contact person in Invoice as Stefan Koing , then for your billing output type assign a smartform and PDF file formats also. In the smartform make sure that you are translating the name to Stefan Koing and ensure that it has to be displayed in the PDF form . Then your requirement will be fulfilled
