Is there anyone who has done ISU implementation on Water Utilities for US?

We are in need of configuration datas to install the water utilities according to the scenarios and kindly help us with your valuable inputs

I have seen these scenarios and i have downloaded the package " Sap Best practices for Water utilities v1.600" from service market place ,and followed the installation guide to configure the system but there was not any master datas available in the dowloaded package.So i am unable to proceed further.

Do you have experiance in configuring the ISU system for US ?
