Hi,

I created a sales order but view Procurement doesn't indicate any Schedule line category and Requirements type for the item

When I execute MD02 for that material I cannot see any sale order

Check in IMG => SD => Sales => Schedule Lines => Assign schedule line categories whether you have maintained the required schedule line category.

Hi,

Please follow the below path in IMG and check whether the Item category of your item is linked to your Requirement Type:

SAP Customizing Implementation Guide --> Sales and Distribution --> Basic Functions --> Availability Check and Transfer of Requirements --> Transfer of Requirements --> Determination Of Requirement Types Using Transaction

Pls Check n revert

Check the MRP type in the Material Master.Then check the Assignment in VOV5,the assignment regarding the Schedule Line Category as per the Item Category & MRP Type.

Also check in VOV6 whether the Availability & Req. Transfer Check Box is activated.

Check whether the combination of Item category + MRP type combination in VOV6 .please let me know if you have any issues on this.
