Locked InfoObject

hey,

I have added few infoobjects in one standard infoobject, now i want to drop it from the list of assigned infoobjects, but its showing it as locked. No other user is login at same cube, tell me how to unlock it?

Hi ,

try with following two ways .

1.Goto transction SM12 -->select your object and delete the lock

2.May be ur request has been locked . For tat go to SE03 -->Unlock objects -->give requset no , unlock .

It seems your object is locked. In SM12 Transaction code choose your object and delete the lock

Hi

Just check if you are working in two different sessions. If yes just delete on session. If not go to sm12 and delete the lock entries. B4 deleting make sure that who is the person working with the transaction.

goto tcode sm12.

click execute after giving user-id as '*'.

it will show list of all locks in the system.

then find the relevant lock,highlight the line and click on the delete/trash icon.

It will delete the lock from the system.

Hi ,

I think the standard info object to which u have added other info objects contains master data . Check whether there is any master data and if it is there then you have to delete that master data before you delete the attribute .
