create plan order and production order in APO PP/DS (transactions)

Hi All,

Can some one help me how to create plan order and production order in APO PP/DS (transactions) and send it back to R/3 for production reporting.....?

please provide steps in deatil if possible

Hi Mike,

In /sapapo/rrp3 transaction, enter your location product in

version 000 in change mode, goto create order mode,

enter some demand (+ve sign value) with availability date

and time, you will get a planned order created in system.

Select any planned order that you have created, click on

check box against Conv. Indicator in the same transaction

and save it.

The planned order will get converted into prodution order

and will get moved onto R/3 for production reporting.

The pre-requisite is that all necessary technical settings

are maintained for production order movement to R/3
